Transparent Heat-Resistant Film

What Advantages Does PETG Film Bring to Molded Fiber Tray Lamination?

PETG film is fully transparent, laminated at ~180 °C and withstands 150–180 °C after lamination. With Excellent water/oil/alcohol barriers — the transparent lamination for heated-scenario food trays.

PETG Lamination FAQ

PETG vs GPET — how to choose?

PETG is pure grade, GPET contains PBAT modifier. Both share lamination temperature (180 °C) and post-lamination resistance (150–180 °C) — choose by supply, cost and needs.

Can PETG go in the oven?

Withstands 150–180 °C after lamination — suitable for heating and short-time baking. For higher temperatures (180–220 °C) choose CPET.

What sealing film pairs with PETG?

PET sealing film; for clean full-peel opening, choose an easy-peel version.
